1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30** days of the delivery date** under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect.
If your item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Ship the Item: If your return is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
3. Refunds & Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
- If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email and return the item to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Andrea’s Earth LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
